Paradox

hi can anyone give me an example of a paradox rather than - "A CHAIN IS NO STRONGER THAN IT'S WEAKEST LINK".

It is said that a paradox is a statement or phrase that appears or seems to be contradictory and absurd but in reality reveals some truth.

I don't see that the statement given is a paradox at all. I'm actually not familiar with the second part of your definition -- the part about revealing truth. I'm familiar with the idea that two things can't exist together.

As Grammar Geek said, that is not a paradox. A parodox is simply a statement/phrase/sentence which is absurd because it contains complete contradictions, e.g.:
