Paper translation
Hi, my name is João Marcos and I´m an electrical engineer. I work for a power utility, Curitiba, Southern Brazil.
Last year I had a hard time to translate a paper to english. Actually, I paid a british guy to translate it for me, but the seminar committee criticized the translation. I think the biggest problem was that some expressions didn´t have any meaning in engineering terms.
Now I have to translate another paper and I want to submit it to IEEE Transactions Magazine.
Does somebody know if there is any hope for me???
