Paper about media and it's effect on individuals with mental disorders

It would be appreciated if someone kindly read my paper and make some comments on it. The cohesion and structure are the main elements to consider. Also don't worry about the citation.

As far as Maslow’s ‘Hierarchy Of Needs’ model is concerned, media play an essential role in sharing ways of thinking via which variety of needs can be met. The hierarchy of needs is arranged into five major groups, which are often represented by a pyramid. The four groups at the very bottom make up deficiency needs. The failure to meet these needs will result in tremendous distress and anxiety. As Maslow points out, powerful and immediate human needs must be met before others. Physiological level of the hierarchy comprised for elements such food and sex which are required for living. These rather basic needs can be fulfilled in a variety of ways. To satisfy hunger, for example, one might wish to practice healthy eating. There are several definitions for a healthy diet. Media’s sources that are financed by manufacturers are more likely to share the information, which benefits the profit of the producer. One can assume that the higher we go up the pyramid of needs; the choice of source of information becomes significantly important. For example, within the highest level of needs, lack of prejudice is located. Being subjective in judging other individuals might be encouraged in family settings. However, media by far has a more noticeable effect in developing or changing the pre-existing internalised values of individuals. Adverse impacts of media on society, should not be blamed on the intentions of media for promoting and advertising, but to condemn the media for not cross checking the information with professionals in a given context.

The adverse impacts on society can manifest in changing the perception of individuals regarding people with mental disorders. Studies have shown that, patients with mental illness who suffer from a noticeable measure of internalized stigma are more likely to experience more struggle in fulfilling the esteem and self-actualization needs. There is a skewed perception of inequality between individuals with the mental disorders and the rest of society. This inequality involves association of, individuals with the disorder to antisocial behaviors and and criminality. If we take employment of individuals with mental disorders, is highly dependent on the mentality of the employer. Based on the stereotypical behaviors mentioned, society, including the employer, is inclined to reject the persons who suffer from mental illnesses, before allowing them to manifest their functional nature. This prejudice significantly affects the employment status of individuals with mental illness.
In addition, these individuals are more likely to be in great distress due to their unemployment and absence of sense of belonging. This dissatisfaction relates to not fulfilling the esteem needs, which further adds to the stress and anxiety of the individuals. Successful job applicants may find any given jobs somewhat challenging. This is so, due to their underlying conditions. The circumstances might hinder the disclosure of the mental illness, which can ultimately put the applicants in disadvantage.
These individuals might not feel worthy to work hard for promotion. If the mental disorder limits their communication, it might become exceedingly difficult for them to operate in groups.

Please give me the precise title or topic of your paper. I want to see if you have focused on it, or gone off topic. I also want to see how the main point in each of your paragraphs relates to your paper's topic.

Is your first line and a half your title, or is it your introduction? If it is your introduction, it is much too

If this is an assignment, I find it hard to believe that you weren't given a more specific focus.

Here is my intro:

The hierarchy of needs assesses what motivates individuals to behave the way they do. Furthermore, there are several
