How would you say this please?


Those shoes are too big for those jeans. You cant get the pantleg over the shoes.

I'm trying to say that someone is wearing tight jeans and has be boots on, and his pants are so tight that the pantleg does even come over the shoes, in fact they are so tight that he's got the jean in his boots not literally but almost.
