Is this sentence ok? Can I use pamper like this?

Over a decade, the company XY has pampered all of you around the world who are passionate about sailing, boats and the time spent in/on the open sea with its collection of male's watches

I have found in teh dictionary ( OAL's) that it is in the sea. Is the sentence otherwise clear?
