Grammar

"paid by" or "paid with" or "paid in"?

Good afternoon,

I am a Japanese and learning English for TOEIC test,

I'm just fool and having some problem with grammar,

I would like to know when people by something via a online service,

you will say you paid "with", "in" or "by"?

What is the different between these terms? I have trying to find out the answer online,

but simply I would like to speak like native, so please help me for this stupid question.

Thank you for your time.
