Pacific and Atlantic Oceans or oceans

Which is correct:

"Pacific and Atlantic Oceans" or "Pacific and Atlantic oceans"? "Mediterranean and Baltic Seas" or "Mediterranean and Baltic seas"?

Hi,

Lower case. In the plural, the word 'oceans' is clearly not a name.

In the singular, it's a harder decision, although I'd still prefer lower case (because of 'the', eg the Atlantic or the Atlantic ocean.)
