I have been absent for 7 days owing to extreme stomach pain. I am getting treatment from my family doctor, still the doctor can't identify its causes, but the doctor working on it. But I assure you I will be back in College soon I am cured.

I have been absent for seven days due to a severe stomach pain. I am having treatment for this but my family doctor hasn't found out the reason yet and he is still trying to find a cure for this. But I assure you that I will be back to college as soon as I recover from this illness.
