Is this sentence naturally written? Is much mandatory?

After everything you’ve done to me, you owe me that (much); to be honest with me.

Is this sentence naturally written? We usually use this word order, to put first what we really want. We don't use semicolons as much as some students of English think that we do.

We usually use this word order, to put first what we really want.

We don't use semicolons as much as some students of English think that we do.

eg Be honest with me. After everything you’ve done to me, you owe me that much!


Is 'much' mandatory? No, but it is usually included.
