Ow kunnit nofe skusin danger ifzat?

Ow kunnit nofe skusin danger ifzat = ?

From within = from your heart of the hearts?

Context from Harry Potter:

'... And always, of course, its advice is the same: stand together, be strong from within.'
'Ow kunnit nofe skusin danger ifzat?" said Ron.
His mouth was so full Harry thought it was quite an achievement for him to make any noise at all.

(1) Are you sure you spelled it all correctly, Jobb? -- that's all I can figure, but it doesn't make sense. I wish people wouldn't talk while they're eating.

Perhaps: 'how can it know if school's in danger...'?

'Ifzat?' is very mysterious. It sounds like something a diffident
cricket crowd might shout at the umpire.

It is How can it know if the school's in danger if it's a hat. It actually says in the book so our should have looked carefully.
