Overthink

I wonder whether "overthink" is an uncommon word as it even cannot be found in Cambridge Dictionaries Online.

http://dictionary.cambridge.org/

If Jane hasn't seen John for ages, she always think of him and has no idea whether he is well or unwell currently.

Can I say" Jane is overthinking about John."?

I'm surprised that "overthink" seems to be missing from so many dictionaries (see also the thin list at http://www.onelook.com/?w=overthink). It really isn't that uncommon.
