Overlook Sb Or Overlook Sb's behaviour

Hello everyone,

Can we place a noun or pronoun after the verb "overlook"? Or must we place something bad which someone does as follows?

1. I can't overlook you.

2. I can't overlook your bad behaviour.

3. He usually behaves badly and I can't overlook him.

4. He usually behaves badly and I can't overlook it.
