How would you properly say this sentence and is overlap the correct word?

- During the day we see each other 2 hours at work. Our hours overlap from 2 pm, which is when she gets to work, to 4pm, which is when I go home.

During the day we see each other (for) 2 hours at work. Our hours overlap from 2 p.m., when she gets to work, to 4 p.m., when I go home.

Your sentence was okay, but you don't need the two "which is" parts.
