Hi.
Is 'overall' used correctly in:

In the beliefs of twelver Shia, the twelveth imam is screened off, and there is no other legitimate leader. Thus, gradually, the thought have formed that because of their knowledge, the great Ulama could be the best judges. In the Qajar period, this thought led to a kind of Overall hierarchical system.
