I've never heard that one. I would guess that it means 'on the other side of this page'.

@CJ, I had never heard of it either. I came across it in Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary yesterday and then I looked it up in almost all the major dictionaries. Since all the dictionaries have an entry on it, I thought it might be a common expression. But, I guess it's not that common.
