Which one is correct, over-hunting or over hunting? How about overhunting?

By mistake I wrote overhunting as a verb ,while it is a noun and has different versions.

Overhunt is a verb. It has the regular verb parts:overhunting, overhunted, overhunted. Overhunting can be a noun ( gerund ).
