over, because of and about?

1. What's the difference between over , because of and about?

They are fighting over her = They are fighting because of her?

They are arguing over whether they should adopt a child = They are arguing about whether they should adopt a child?

2. a. She made lots of money with her body. b. I'm sure you will get a lot of attention with your pretty face.

Do they sound awkward? Or should I say, "Her body made lots of money" and "I'm sure your pretty face will get a lot of attention," or either is fine?

Thanks a million!!!
