Usually, when we "over"-something, we go too far, or at least further than necessary. I've never heard this use, but it sounds like someone went way over what was necessary. The hotel room was overaccomodated for the length of time we were going to spend there.

Yes I guessed this meaning at first but this term was used by a doctor who answered my question here:

That doesn't make any sense to me at all. But then, I'm neither an eye doctor nor a person in his 20s.
