Over

So there is a scenario which I have faced few minutes ago, I order a shampoo online, and they sent me but when I opened the package there was shampoo all over the bottle. Now I have to complain them can I say like that.

Sir when I opened the package the bottle was leaking and shampoo was all over the bottle.

Please help.
