but Bgoogle dictionary shows "out-look". Write "outlook meaning" in google and see.

Yes, but I think that's just to show the syllables. The examples it gives are all written as outlook.
The Google Chrome spell checker doesn't flag outlook, although it often wants to hyphenate words that most dictionaries accept
