Outhouse membership

Hi,there

Should an outhouse membership scheme be adopted, storing members’ wines and spirits in the lounge would be an additional attraction to the outlet and Hotel in general.

what does it mean? I don't understand what 'outhouse membership' and 'storing members’' here stand for.

We are talking about a bar in a hotel, I think 'outlet' and 'lounge' here refer to the bar.

Would you please explain it to me?

Thanks in advance

I have no idea what "outhouse membership" might mean but if you look up "outhouse" you will find that it is entirely inappropriate for use in anything relating to food or drink (at least as far as AmE is concerned). as to "storing members" they mean that they will "store" the items that belong to the "members" of the hotel.
