Some business men make a new definition of "outcome".




1.‘Anything deemed independently valuable by an internal or external customer’

2‘Definition of the Ends, rather than the Means’

3.‘The What, not the How'







2 and 3 is easy to understand,but I can't understand 1

What is "independently valuable"?

What is external/internal customer.

I have no idea about it.><
