Out of something

If you don't have any milk in your fridge. You would say "I am out of milk".

When you find Coke is out in a juice dispenser at the fast food restaurant.

Do you say "The dispenser is out of Coke" or "They (You) are out of Coke"?

Thanks,

Ryo
