I have a question about this phrase "out of sight", does it have a meaning of "expensive" ? I mean, if I wanna describe something "expensive", may I use the phrase "out of sight" instead.? For example, "Oh, that car is really out of sight(expensive) ! I can not afford it."
Thanks for your help.

No. com/topic/out-of-sight I don't know about in other countries, but in the UK it sounds extremely dated, like slang from the 1960s/hippy era.
