What is the meaning of out-of-pocket/30 days net in this sentence?

Out-of-pocket expenses shall be paid by consultant and payment terms shall be thirty days net from receipt of invoice.

Out-of-pocket expenses are incidental expenses such as travel costs, subsistence allowance, etc depending on the terms of the contract - i.e. costs incurred in the course of doing the job.

Net here means 'free from further charges', e.g. if the invoice is paid within 30 days of receiving it, interest won't be charged.
