'Out of hours' or 'out of hours' (Guest: Sarah)

Can you tell me which is correct please: out-of-hours or out of hours. It is not attributive before a noun so I thought the latter one but I am not sure. Help! Thanks

"Out of hours", i can't see any reason to hyphenate it either.
