Out of basement

What does the expression 'out of basement' mean in this context. I guess it's the same as leaving the comfort zone but I am not sure. "Leaving the safety of home to explore faraway places. Crossing oceans to see what’s on the other side. Leaving a stable job to start a business out of your basement with no money in the bank".

park green 241 out of your basement This is literal. Sometimes, when people start a new business, they don't have enough money to rent a public place for it, so they start by working in the basement of their own homes — or sometimes in their own garages. CJ
