out of

In the dictionary, take out is classified as a transitive phrasal verb (take something out).
So it is natural to think of it as a constituent, which works as a unit.
However I suspect that two options below could be possible because they seem very plausible to my eye.

ex. He took some money out of his account.

A. Out of his account he took some money
B. Of his account he took some money out.

What do you think about it?
