Hi people!

Pls, explain me what people mean when they add "out", saying "out here", "out there"? Why no just here or there?

Just heard the guy said "Out here we have ... bla-bla-bla".

It's also used to emphasize that you are some distance from a city. In the city, you lock your car at night, but out here we just leave them running when we have to go into the store for something quick.
