The donators in current year will be listed on the front page using different font size group according to their donation quantity. The top 10 highest score holders go to the final top 10 list. Stage II (donators vote) - Each donator has equal one vote. This stage generates the final top 3 candidates. Stage III (donators power vote) - Depends on the donation quantity, the donators have different vote power in this stage. The vote power is grouped by $10 (e.g. $1-$10 donator has one vote and $153 donator has 16 votes). This is the final voting stage and will decide the final winner. 02 br
