Otherwise than official store

Hi, is there any collective term to denote a market which usually sells something at a fraction of the official price in an official store, which may include auction sites, small corner shops, or individuals. I do NOT mean secondhand or used products, but the market where the price for the same product is more acceptable and more down-to-ground
