Others prefer to work for an employer. Would you rather be self-employed, work for someone else or own a business?

Several people prefer to be an employee rather than self-employed, while others decide to own a business. Each of the choices has its positive and negative aspects. In my opinion, I prefer to be self-employed, because I want to balance between my little family and my work life.

The first reason I want to be self-employed is I can do what I love and love what I do. I am able to devote my time to achieving my dream. Everything I do, I do it with all of my passion and desire. I will not be supposed to do anything which I do not find interesting.

The second and the most important reason is I do want to balance between my little family and my work life. I want to spend as many as my spare time to my beloved ones. When I am self-employed, I can manage my time intendedly so I do not have to chase any deadlines or work after and after any projects any more.

In conclusion, it is a fact that people have different options about work. Some people choose to run their own business, while others prefer to be self-employed or to be an employee. After considering the benefits and drawbacks, I prefer to be self-employed, because a happy family is one of three most important things in my life.
