Other ways of saying, "I'm OK."

In response to the question - How are you?, we can say "I'm OK" or "I'm alright". Can we also say "I'm average/ satisfactory" using the words "average" and "satisfactory" as synonyms for "OK"? Also please share other one-word synonyms of "OK" that would be appropriate responses for "How are you?".
