other things to buy than

Is this correct English? Should I not use 'than' with other?

I have other things to buy that that.

or should I say

I have other things to buy. That's not one of them.

Thank you

As far as I can tell so far, "other things than" and "things other than" are interchangeable. quora.com/When-if-ever-is-it-correct-to-use-other-things-than-rather-than-things-other-than-in-a-sentence-Or-are-they-both-correct
