can someone help me

I am currently reading Othello written by William Shakespear.
Apparently, i am stumbling upon the meanings of the phrases in Act 2 from Line 100 to Line 157.

the online link that you gave me is the same as my text with explanatory notes at the side.
if you could kindly give me a small plot of those lines, it might help me to understand it better. So far, i have only concluded that Desdemona, Emilia and Iago are flirting. however, i can't understand what they are flirting about.
