I've read the first pages of the screenplay for Smoke (the movie came out in
1995) and in scene 2, 3 so-called OTB men are sitting at the counter in thecigar shop, The Brooklyn Cigar Company. I doubt any context will be more helpful.
What does the name "OTB men" mean?
