Hello!
I have a question of below sentence.
Why 'origin' can't answer the below sentence?
I don't understand wht answer 'C' is correct.
Please see the below.

After our mechanics determind where the oil leak in your truck is ___form, we can tell you how much the repair cost.

The verb is 'originate'.

Hence, you cannot use originate or originated.
