Organic Gardening and Farming

Organic Gardening and Farming

This is a title, my question is if in this case "organic" modifies also "farming" or only "Gardening"? because I have the and word in the middle thanks

The reader naturally assumes that both the gardening and the farming are organic. If the writer meant that only gardening was organic, he would have to have written "Farming and Organic Gardening".

It's strictly speaking ambiguous, but I would normally understand it as also modifying "farming". This is because organic gardening and organic farming seems a much more likely or reasonable combination of topics than organic gardening and farming in general.
