Please have a look at the following sentences:

You can really tell the difference between organic and battery farm eggs. Organic are so much more tasty.

Is it grammatically correct (factually rather not)?
Especially, can we say 'organic' as an uncountable noun? Shouldn't it be for example "Organic ones are so much more tasty"?
