Ordinary Power of Attorney

My son is living in Australia and has given me Ordinary Power of Attorney I have to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for him.
My question is when I sign for him should it be?

SONS NAME By my signature POA Date...................

Or is there another format I should use?
