Ordinal number before gerund?

Hi. Please help. Could we put the ordinal number like "fourth" in front of what I think is the gerund that denotes action? Also, could we take the definite article "the" before the ordinal number and still be correct?

... to be the fourth toy-breaking by him.

Your example is very odd, but there is nothing wrong with the stategy: This is the fourth gathering of the clans.
