Orders of service
When quotations from the ESV test are used in non-saleable media, such as church bulletins, orders of service, posters, transparencies, or similar media, a complete copyright notice is not required, but the initials (ESV) must appear at the end of the quotation.

I'd love to know what an ESV test is; all I can find via Google is an automotive test, but why that would be announced in a church bulletin is beyond me. Since they mention church bulletins, however, I would guess that an 'order of service' here is the printed agenda for a wedding, funeral, or Sunday church service.
