OrderingㅡMake it to go

The following are words having to do with ordering.
1. I want that sandwich to go.
2. Is that for here or to go?
3. Make me a cup of coffee to go.
4. Triple espresso, Make it to go.

I think "to go" in #1,#2, and #3 are adjective phrases.
But I don't think "to go" in #4 is adjective phrases, and besides I can't figure out the structure of "make it to go."
So, I'd like to know the structure of "make it to go."
Thank you in advance for your help.

Then I'd like to know if in "Make it to go" "to go" modifies "it" and "me" is implied after "make."
