Ordering buffet

Let us pretend we are sitting in a lovely restaurant waiting to be served, when we suddenly realise that we are able to order incessant amounts of food via a buffet option. How do you tell the waiter what your stomach dictates you to do:

“I’d like to order buffet”

“I’d like to have buffet”

“I’d like to participate in the buffet”

“I’d like to go for the buffet option”

Are all of the above correct?

Thank you very much

PS: Does there a sub forum exist, in which you could post your written drafts to get further feedback on them? I find it rather difficult to learn how to write proper English without someone pointing out my mistakes...

Number 2 and 4 look fine but I would rather say, 'I will eat at the buffet.'
