Order of words + use of comma.

Can someone help me out. I'm not sure if the structure of my sentence is correct.

Is the comma appropriate here, and are the words in the right order??

"For simplicity this model assumes a constant savings rate, with equivalent depreciation rates to all forms of capital."

For simplicit y, this model assumes a constant savings rate with equivalent depreciation rates for all forms of capital. Are you sure that you don't mean 'capital assets'?

Thanks for the help. Well, my model has 3 types of capital. Therefore, I think I should write 'all forms of capital'.

I've got one more question about a capital sentence. Could you please look at this one too!

"Consequently, this theoretical extension builds on the previous models, though it distinguishes infrastructural capital from other types of capital (K or H) because a number of market imperfections make the accumulation and operation of those assets prone to extensive government intervention."

I suspect that the word 'consequently' is unnecessary; otherwise, it reads well.

Shouldn't I use consequently to connect this sentence with a previous one?
According to you, what does those refer to? Infrastructural capital or the other parts. It should refer to infrastructural capital. Is those correct, or should it be these?

You have not given us the previous one, so how are we to judge?!
