Hi there,
could somebody please help me with this phrase:
"local domain administrators"
It appears on a title: "Guidelines for local domain administrators"
I don't know exactly how the order of the words affects the meaning in English grammar.
In this case, who is local? The domain, or the Administrators?
Does this title mean that administrators of a certain domain are local and there could be other remote somewhere?
Or, does this title mean that these administrators administer a local domain, but they might also administer other remote domains?
