Order of words

Hi there!

What's the order of words when you write: by driving so fast, you could have killed anyone, yourself included. (is it 'yourself included' or 'including you' or 'including yourself). I believe it is 'yourself included', 'myself included' etc.

b) He was miffed enough to attack me. (is that right)

c) You said it yourself that violence is wrong. (can we connect it with 'that' in this way)

d) In the middle of the conversation, suppose I am explaining something and say: as to how, I have no idea. Would that be fine?

e) I take it 'even' is used for emphasis. But where is it placed - before the subject for effect? He doesn't know the truth, and frankly, even you do not know. Is that alright? Do we normally place in in front of the subject?

Thank you.
