Order of titles

If addressing an individual who is both medical doctor and Squadron Leader in the RAF, how is it done and, if written how is that correctly abbrieviated?

I believe it is Sqn Ldr Dr XYZ, but should there be hyphens or stops in the sequence?

  • If he is a serving officer, I would guess that in most matters of Air Force business he would just use 'Squadron Leader'.
