The house with a white flag on Third Avenue is my house.

The house on Third Avenue with a white flag is my house.

Is there any difference in meaning?

Thanks in advance!

My try: I just know this: The closer a phrase is to the predicator ( here it is "is"), the more emphasis it is given.

I have a feeling that native speakers would prefer the first sentence.

Having a white flag is more closely associated with the house than the fact that it's on Third Avenue, so use the first sentence.

Good answer! I should find the same logic in other examples too. I look for other , sometimes unrelated, aspects.
