Order cancelled

I want to ask an online shopping website executive for general inquiry about regarding cancellation of my order which one is suitable.

Suppose the order was cancelled before 48 hours can I ask like that.

Why has my order been/got cancelled?

Why is my order been cancelled.

Please explain when to use which one, in my circumstance I prefer no 1 but explain the both.
